УПРАВЛЕНИЕ РАЗВИТИЕМ РЫНОЧНОЙ ИНФРАСТРУКТУРЫ РЕГИОНА

Аннотация

Состояние региональной инфраструктуры рассматривается как важное условие социально-экономического развития регионов. В статье выявлены проблемы, сдерживающие развитие различных отраслей инфраструктуры в ДНР и Ростовской области РФ. Предложен механизм управления развитием рыночной инфраструктуры, в котором особая роль отводится государству. Сделан акцент на необходимости соблюдения принципов комплексности и системности как условия обеспечения сбалансированного и устойчивого развития всех подсистем рыночной инфраструктуры. Определены методы, факторы, инструменты государственного регулирования процессом формирования и развития рыночной инфраструктуры.

Abstract

The state of the regional infrastructure is considered as an important condition for the socio-economic de-velopment of the regions. The article identifies problems hindering the development of various branches of infrastructure. A mechanism has been proposed for managing the development of a market infrastructure in which a special role is assigned to the state. Emphasis is placed on the need to comply with the principles of comprehensiveness and consistency as a condition for ensuring balanced and sustainable development of all subsystems of the market infrastructure. The methods, principles, instruments of state regulation of the process of formation and development of market infrastructure are defined.
