КУЛЬТУРНО-ЦЕННОСТНЫЙ КОНТЕНТ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННО-ПАТРИОТИЧЕСКОЙ ПАРАДИГМЫ МЫШЛЕНИЯ ПОЛИТИЧЕСКОЙ ЭЛИТЫ СОВРЕМЕННОЙ РОССИИ КАК ИНСТРУМЕНТ ДЕМПФИРОВАНИЯ УГРОЗ НАЦИОНАЛЬНОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ

Аннотация

В статье представлена попытка осмысления значимости развития культурно-ценностных основ политической элиты в целях обеспечения национальной безопасности в ключевых сферах жизнедеятельности государства. Автором проанализированы актуальные негативные тенденции, оказывающие глубокое влияние на формирование культурно-цивилизационной идентичности представителей политической элиты. В рамках статьи осуществлен анализ научных изысканий ведущих ученых, занимающихся вопросами формирования культурно-ценностного контента под-готовки и личностно-профессионального развития управленцев. Автор приходит к выводу о целесообразности переосмысления содержательного контента подготовки управленческих кадров и разработки принципиально нового инструментария содержательно-технологического сопровождения элитогенеза в целях суверенного развития и укрепления национальной безопасности России.

Abstract

The article presents an attempt to understand the significance of the development of the cultural and value foundations of the political elite in order to ensure national security in key areas of state activity. The author analyzes the current negative trends that have a profound impact on the formation of the cultural and civilizational identity of representatives of the political elite. Within the framework of the article, an analysis of the scientific research of leading scientists involved in the formation of cultural and value content of training and the personal and professional development of managers has been carried out. The author comes to the conclusion that it is advisable to rethink the substantial content of management training and the development of a fundamentally new toolkit of content-technological support of elitogenesis in order to develop sovereign and strengthen the national security of Russia.
