МЕТОДЫ ОПТИМИЗАЦИИ РИСКОВ НА ПРЕДПРИЯТИИ

Аннотация

В исследовании особое внимание уделено анализу возможных рисков в финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия на примере ОАО «Газпром газораспределение». В исследовании проведен анализ основных финансово-экономических показателей деятельности предприятия на примере одного из филиалов Ивановской области, идентифицированы риски, проведена их оценка по значимости и влиянию. Представлены меры по оптимизации различных рисков на предприятии, разработана программа внедрения мер по оптимизации различных рисков в деятельности предприятия.

Abstract

In the study, special attention is paid to the analysis of possible risks in the financial and economic activities of the enterprise on the example of JSC Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie. The study analyzes the main financial and economic indicators of the enterprise on the example of one of the branches of the Ivanovo region, identifies the risks, and evaluates their significance and impact. Priority measures to optimize various risks at the enterprise are presented, and a program for implementing measures to optimize various risks in the enterprise's activities is developed.
