GR-МЕНЕДЖМЕНТ В РОССИИ: ОСНОВНЫЕ ТЕНДЕНЦИИ И ПРОБЛЕМЫ РАЗВИТИЯ В УСЛОВИЯХ НЕПРЕДСКАЗУЕМОСТИ ВЫЗОВОВ ВНЕШНЕЙ СРЕДЫ

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются перспективы усовершенствования GR-менеджмента как комплексного направления в организации управления бизнес-структурой как субъекта участия государственно-частного партнерства, целью которого выступает создание условий для разработки публично-управленческих решений, соответствующих интересам проявления и реализации инновационных бизнес-инициатив. Посредством методов анализа и генезиса нового научного знания авторы устанавливают, что одним из ключевых факторов осуществления GR-менеджмента в государственно-частном партнерстве в регионе является деятельность торгово-промышленных палат и организаций, действующих на их основе. Это происходит посредством широкого использования электронно-цифровых средств преобразования и структурирования многоаспектных информационных данных для адекватного освещения стремительной динамики ситуации с выбором наиболее эффективных вариантов государственно-муниципальной поддержки бизнес-структур.

Abstract

The article discusses the prospects for improving GR-management as a complex direction in organizing the management of a private organization as a subject of public-private partnership participation, the purpose of which is to create conditions for the development of public management decisions that meet the interests of the manifestation and implementation of innovative business initiatives. Using the methods of analysis and the method of genesis of new scientific knowledge, the authors establish that one of the key factors in the implementation of GR-management in public-private partnerships in the region is the activity of chambers of commerce and industry and organizations acting on their basis. This happens through the widespread use of electronic digital means of transformation and structuring of multidimensional information data for adequate coverage of the rapid dynamics of the situation with the choice of the most effective options for state and municipal support for private business entities.
