МЕХАНИЗМ ИНСТИТУЦИОНАЛЬНОГО РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЯ ОТНОШЕНИЙ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОГО ФЕДЕРАЛИЗМА

Аннотация

В представленной статье исследуются экономические аспекты федеративных отношений с позиций институциональной методологии. Институты федерализма предлагается рассматривать с позиций бинарных характеристик: устойчивость закрепления и механизм поддержания норм. В статье предложено авторское видение разграничения институтов экономического федерализма на конвенциональные, применяемые всеми регионами без изменения или коррекции, и неконвенциональные, применяемые регионами выборочно, селективно, которые разграничены в разрезе областей федерализма. В статье представлено субординирование понятий, характеризующих систему экономического федерализма с позиций институционального подхода, а также модель механизма институционального регулирования экономических отношений федерализма.

Abstract

The presented article examines the economic aspects of federal relations from the standpoint of institutional methodology. Institutions of federalism are proposed to be considered from the standpoint of binary characteristics: the stability of consolidation and the mechanism for maintaining norms. The article proposes the author's vision of distinction of the institutions of economic federalism into conventional, applied by all regions without change or correction, and unconventional, applied by regions selectively, selectively, which are delimited in the context of areas of federalism. The article presents the subordination of concepts that characterize the system of economic federalism from the standpoint of the institutional approach, as well as a model of the mechanism of institutional regulation of economic relations of federalism.
