ИНФРАСТРУКТУРНОЕ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЕ ГОРОДСКИХ ОКРУГОВ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ГОРОДА ДЕРБЕНТА)

Аннотация

В статье представлен анализ состояния и перспективы развития важных инфраструктурных элементов городского округа «город Дербент». Транспортная система, система инженерного обеспечения, объекты социальной сферы и жилищного фонда способны обеспечить социально-экономический и социально-демографический рост уровня жизни населения города и республики в целом. Кроме того, предложена оценка основных рисков, связанных с уровнем обеспеченности города транспортной, инженерной, социальной и жилищной инфраструктурами и качеством городского пространства. Были представлены пространственные распределения имеющихся объектов социальной инфраструктуры (в сфере здравоохранения, образования и спорта), предложены возможности повышения уровня обеспеченности жильем в городе и улучшения комфортной среды для жизни в городе.

Abstract

The analysis of a state and the prospect of development of important infrastructure elements of the urban district "city of Derbent" is presented in article. The transport system, the system of engineering support, objects of the social sphere and housing stock are capable to provide the social and economic and social and demographic growth of the standard of living of the population of the city and republic in general. Besides, assessment of the main risks connected with the level of security of the city with transport, engineering, social and housing infrastructures and quality of city space is offered. Spatial distributions of the available objects of social infrastructure were presented (in the sector of health, education and sport), op-portunities of increase in level of security with housing in the city and improvements of the comfortable environment for life in the city are offered.
