Аннотация

Статья посвящена вопросам теоретической разработки закономерностей смены государственного механизма ресурсного обеспечения системы здравоохранения в условиях перманентной трансформации экономических и социально-политических институтов общества. Автором утверждается мысль о том, что необходимо сохранение функционального единства развития как системы общества, так и системы здравоохранения.

Abstract

The article is devoted to solving the actual problem: the theoretical development of the regular sequence of the state mechanism of resource support health care systems in the permanent transformation of economic, social and political institutions of society. Based on the theoretical analysis, the author argues the idea that the effective use of community resources necessary to preserve the health care system development as a functional unity of society and the health care system.
