Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены вопросы влияния объемов дебиторской задолженности на результаты функционирования предприятий жилищно-коммунального хозяйства в зависимости от размеров предприятий. Обоснованы методы и инструменты по совершенствованию управления дебиторской задолженностью поставщиков жилищно-коммунальных услуг.

Abstract
Issues of the affect of the amount of receivables on the results of functioning of enterprises of housing and communal services, depending on the size of the enterprises, were considered in the article. Methods and tools to improve the management of receivables of the providers of the housing and communal services were substantiated.
