Аннотация
Настоящая статья посвящена оценке и анализу изменений в Федеральный закон «О гражданстве Российской Федерации» от 31.05.2002 г. № 62-ФЗ, предлагаемые законопроектом РФ от 29.12.2021 № 49269-8. В работе рассматривается целесообразность внесения обсуждаемых изменений в законодательство Российской Федерации в связи со сложившейся политической обстановкой в стране и в мире, с учетом проведения Российской Федерации Специальной военной операции на территории Украины с целью демилитаризации и денацификации Украины. Проведенный анализ позволил прийти к выводу о том, что актуальность и целесообразность внесения изменений в Федеральный закон «О гражданстве Российской Федерации» от 31.05.2002 г. № 62-ФЗ тождественны и оправданы.

Abstract
This article is devoted to the assessment and analysis of amendments to the Federal Law "On Citizenship of the Russian Federation" dated 31.05.2002 No. 62-FZ, proposed by the draft Law of the Russian Federation No. 49269-8 dated 29.12.2021. The paper considers the expediency of introducing the discussed amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation in connection with the current political situation in the country and in the world, taking into account the conduct of a special military operation by the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine for the purpose of demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine. The analysis made it possible to come to the conclusion that the relevance and expediency of amendments to the Federal Law "On Citizenship of the Russian Federation" dated 31.05.2002 No. 62-FZ are identical and justified.
