ПРОФЕССИОНАЛИЗАЦИЯ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫХ И МУНИЦИПАЛЬНЫХ СЛУЖАЩИХ В СИМВОЛИЧЕСКОМ КОНТЕКСТЕ

Аннотация

В статье представлены методический инструментарий и результаты социологического исследования степени включения в личностно-смысловую сферу государственных и муниципальных служащих категорий (понятий) «служба» и «профессия». Теоретической основой для проведения социологического исследования выступили понимание содержания профессионализации как социального явления и социологическая трактовка «символа». Результаты исследования раскрывают содержание социопрофессиональной солидарности респондентов по отношению к категориям «служба» и «профессия».

Abstract

The article presents methodological tools and results of the community study of the degree of inclusion of "service "and "profession " categories (concepts) in personal and conceptual field of public and municipal officials. The understanding of the content of professionalisation as a social phenomenon, and the sociological interpretation of "symbol" served as a theoretical basis for the sociological study. The survey of respondents was carried out according to the method (test) of "appraesentatio " relations -TSA (Transsymbolic analysis). The survey involved 602 respondents. The results of the study reveal the content of social and professional solidarity of the respondents to the "service" and "profession" categories (concepts). The findings and conclusions reflect answers to topical issues of public and municipal management and HR policy.
