К ВОПРОСУ ОБ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ В КОНТЕКСТЕ ВЛАСТНОЙ МИССИИ ГОСУДАРСТВА

Аннотация

В статье анализируются проблемы, связанные с содержанием понятия эффективности государственного управления в контексте властной миссии государства. Научные поиски данной проблематики предполагают рассмотрение вопроса об эффективности государственного управления в контексте властной миссии государства сквозь призму различных вариантов «властной миссии», именуемых «кратические модели». Нынешняя модель государственно управления в контексте властной миссии государства не учитывает в должной степени цивилизационное своеобразие и исторический опыт России в формировании отношений государства и общества, власти и граждан.

Abstract

The article deals with the problems related to the concept content of the efficiency of public administration in the context of authoritative mission of the state. The scientific researches of this problem suggest considering of this issue through the prism of different types of "authoritative mission", named as "cratic models". The current model of public administration in the context of authoritative mission of the state does not handle the civilizational peculiarities and historical experience of Russia in the formation of relations between the state and society, the authorities and citizens to the sufficient extent.
