Уральский федеральный округ: территории и политическая культура государственных гражданских и муниципальных служащих

Аннотация

В статье исследуется политическая культура государственных гражданских и муниципальных служащих конкретной территории РФ – Уральского федерального округа. Цель исследования – выявить территории УрФО с наиболее развитой политической культурой у государственных гражданских и муниципальных служащих. Автор придерживается известного утверждения о взаимосвязи факторов, влияющих на политическую культуру, – это экономический и образовательный.
К этим факторам им добавлен – еще и научный, так как сегодня в информационном обществе наука во многом определяет развитие экономики. В ходе исследования наиболее успешными по совокупности всех факторов оказались Свердловская и Челябинская области. Исключение составляют ХМАО и ЯНАО, где выше всего уровень жизни, оплаты труда, отличное снабжение за счет развития добычи нефти и газа, но там отстают показатели по уровню развитию образования и науки.

Abstract

The article studies the political culture of state civil and municipal employees of a specific territory of the Russian Federation – the Ural Federal District. The purpose of the study is to identify UrFO territories with the most developed political culture among state civil and municipal employees. The author maintains a well-known statement about the interrelation of factors influencing political culture – it is economic and educational. To these factors, they added – and also scientific, because today in the information society, science largely determines the development of the economy. In the course of the study, the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions were the most successful in terms of all factors. The exceptions are the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District, which have the highest standard of living, wages and excellent supplies due to the development of oil and gas production, but the level of education and science development lags behind.
