The article is devoted to moral bases of business communication. The significance of positive moral directions and following ethical norms for increasing of communicative efficiency is emphasized. The article deals with the questions, connected with the problems of moral choice and settling a moral conflict in business sphere. Special attention is attached to ethics of oral and writ-ten speech behavior of businessmen.
