Аннотация

В статье рассмотрено функционирование современных моделей системы муниципального управления жилищно-коммунальным хозяйством в России, влияние его на политическую социализацию индивидов. Предлагается заимствование зарубежного опыта в сфере предоставления коммунальных услуг населению для применения его в российской практике с целью формирования конкурентной среды в отрасли и большей её прозрачности.

Abstract

Continuous reform of sectors of the economy affect the political sphere and the political consciousness of the people. The article shows the functioning of a modern model of a system of municipal management of housing and communal services, directions of its reforming and the various issues arising in the course of the proposed changes. Briefly describes the foreign practice in the field of housing and to create a favorable competitive environment in the industry, it is proposed partial borrowing, which would guide the process of political socialization of society in a positive way.
