В статье отражены важные правовые аспекты оценки недвижимого имущества
в Российской Федерации. Новое законодательство ориентировано на обоснование объективной оценки стоимости недвижимого имущества, распределение прав и ответственности по использованию и владению имуществом, определение прав при передаче имущества другому физическому или юридическому лицу.

Abstract

The author highlights the important legal aspects Novo-law on the assessment of immovable property in the Russian Federation, which will be applied in the country, starting in 2015.
