Современный рынок труда выдвигает все новые требования к организациям высшего образования, которые в свою очередь адаптируют свои основные процессы чаще всего в рамках системы менеджмента качества по ключевым показателям результативности обучения студентов. Процесс управления научно-исследовательской деятельностью студентов относится именно к основным в процессных моделях большинства вузов и в случае совершенствования методов оценки его результативности может стать не только точкой развития организации, но и превратиться в процесс, обеспечивающий повышение конкурентоспособности любой организации высшего образования.

Abstract

The modern labor market puts forward new requirements for the organization of higher education, which in turn adapt their main processes most often within the quality management system by the key indicators of the student’s education effectiveness. The process of student’s research and development activity management refers especially to the main in the process models of the majority of universities and in the case of improving methods for assessing its effectiveness could become a point of not only the organization development but also become a process that ensures the increasing of the competitiveness of any higher education organization.
