ОСНОВНЫЕ РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ И ТЕНДЕНЦИИ РАЗВИТИЯ ИННОВАЦИОННО-ТЕРРИТОРИАЛЬНЫХ КЛАСТЕРОВ

Аннотация

Актуальность данной темы обусловлена тем, что в связи с мировой политической
ситуацией и введением санкций, в России резко встал вопрос возрождение национальной
промышленности, и как следствие этого стала активно развиваться кластерная политика,
которая является основным инструментом импортозамещения. Кластерная политика
является новым направлением в политике экономического развития. Целью работы
является исследование стратегии управления инновационными кластерами и оценка
влияния инновационных кластеров на экономический рост Российской Федерации. Для
достижения поставленной цели необходимо решение следующих задач: анализ терминологии
инновационного кластера; анализ структуры инновационного кластера; анализ показателей
деятельности инновационных кластеров; оценка влияния деятельности инновационных
кластеров на экономический рост.
Материалы и методы. В ходе исследования были использованы методы анализа и
синтеза, позитивный и нормативный анализ, а также статистический анализ.
Результаты. В работе дана оценка и представлена перспектива развития инновационных
территориальных кластеров в Российской Федерации.
Выводы. Даны рекомендации по стратегическому управлению развитием инновационных
территориальных кластеров в разрезе федеральных округов страны.

Abstract

The relevance of this topic due to the fact that in connection with the global political situation and the
imposition of sanctions, Russia has sharply raised the question of the revival of national industry, and as
a result began to actively develop the cluster policy, which is in the main instrument of import substitution.
Cluster policy is a new direction in economic development policy. The aim of this work is to study the
management strategy for innovative clusters and to assess the impact of innovation clusters on the
economic growth of the Russian Federation. To achieve this goal requires the following tasks: analysis
of the terminology of the innovation cluster; analysis of the structure of an innovation cluster; analysis
of performance indicators of innovation clusters; assessment of the impact of activities of innovation
clusters in economic growth. Materials and methods. In the course of the study, we used the me-ODS of
analysis and synthesis, the positive and normative analysis, and statistical analysis. Results. In the work
of the estimation and presents the prospect of development of innovative territorial clusters in the Russian
Federation. Conclusions. Recommendations for strategic management of development of innovative
territorial clusters in the districts of the country.
