РЕГИОНАЛЬНЫЙ СОЦИУМ: ПОТЕНЦИАЛ СОЦИАЛЬНОЙ СУБЪЕКТНОСТИ В СИСТЕМЕ СОЦИАЛЬНОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ РОССИЙСКОГО ОБЩЕСТВА

Аннотация

В представленной статье исследуется субъектность в институциональной системе социальной безопасности в контексте мониторинга ситуации в Южно-Российском регионе. Авторы статьи на основе обширного социологического материала делают вывод о том, что региональный социум ориентируется на проблемное поле социальной безопасности в рамках государствоцентричной матрицы и, вместе с тем, активность таких групп, как казачество, молодежь свидетельствует о перспективах роста социальной субъектности на этом важном направлении жизнедеятельности регионального социума в рамках «осовременивания» этатистской традиции.

Abstract

The article considers the process of Subjectivity in the institutional system of social security in the context of monitoring the situation in the South of Russia. The author makes a conclusion, regional society focuses on the problem in sphere of social security, however, the activity of groups such as the Cossacks, youth indicates the growth prospects of social subjectivity in this important area of activity of the regional society within the framework of "modernizing" the etatism (statist) tradition.
