Аннотация

В статье представлен анализ актуальных глобальных экономических и технологических тенденций современной экономики, влияющих на трансформацию рынка труда и формирование новых социально-экономических потребностей работников, изменяющих сложившуюся модель карьерного поведения. В совокупности изменения, связанные с переходом в фазу восстановительного роста и цифровизацией экономики, определяют предпринимательские настроения и интенции в разрезе построения внутренней кадровой политики, затрагивающей вопросы обучения и переподготовки наиболее востребованных специалистов.

Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the current global economic and technological trends in the modern economy, which affect the transformation of the labor market and the formation of new socio-economic demands of workers changing the existing pattern of career behavior. In total the changes associated with the transition to the phase of restorative growth and the digitization of the economy determine entrepre-neurial moods and intentions in the context of building internal personnel policy affecting the issues of training and retraining of the most demanded specialists.
