ИНСТИТУТ ПРИЕМНОЙ СЕМЬИ: МОТИВЫ И ПАРАМЕТРЫ ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИЯ

Аннотация

В статье рассматривается проблематика мотивации образования института приемной семьи и основные параметры ее функционирования. Выделяется ее способность создавать благоприятные условия для выполнения «компенсаторной функции в реабилитации депривационной симптоматики у детей. В статье дается обоснование приемной семьи как типа так называемой профессиональной. Такая оценка вытекает из правовой базы, поскольку юридический статус такой семьи напоминает деятельность по выполнению роли воспитателя на платной основе. В этой связи со ссылкой на специалистов в области психологии сиротства отстаивается приоритетность приемной семьи для решения проблем сиротства в современной России. Излагаются наиболее значимые направления воспитательно-восстановительного процесса для выполнения комплекса задач, решение которых приводит к формированию здоровой личности ребенка.

Abstract

In article the perspective of motivation of creation of institute of a foster home and key parameters of her functioning is considered. Her ability to create favorable conditions for performance "to compensatory function in rehabilitation of deprivational symptomatology at children is distinguished. In article justifica-tion of a foster home, as like so-called professional is given. Such assessment follows from legal base as the legal status of such family reminds activities for performance of a role of the tutor on a paid basis. In this regard with reference to experts in the field of psychology of an orphanhood priority of a foster home for the solution of problems of an orphanhood in modern Russia is defended. The most significant directions of educational and recovery process for performance of a complex of tasks which solution leads to formation of the healthy identity of the child are stated.
