Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются проблемы развития территориального общественного само-управления в рамках организации деятельности местного самоуправления. Территориальное общественное самоуправление определяется связующим элементом для формирования эффективного взаимодействия органов местного самоуправления и общества. Приведены примеры успешной реализации местных инициатив. Предложены рекомендации по перспективному развитию территориального общественного самоуправления.

Abstract

The article considers the problems of territorial public self-government development within the framework of the organization of local self-government. Territorial public self-government is determined by the connecting element of formation of effective interaction of local governments and public. There have been considered the examples of the successful implementation of local initiatives. The authors made recommendations of prospective development of territorial public self-government.
