ИНФИЛЬТРАЦИЯ РОССИЙСКИХ УНИВЕРСИТЕТОВ В РЕГИОНАЛЬНУЮ БИЗНЕС-СРЕДУ: УПРАВЛЕНЧЕСКИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ И РЕШЕНИЯ

Аннотация

В статье раскрыта роль такого специфического процесса, как инфильтрация университетов в бизнес-среду регионов их присутствия в достижении целей социально-экономического развития и инновационного обновления экономики. Осуществлена селекция эффективных форм и инструментов, посредством которых может осуществляться эффективная интеграция университетов и бизнеса. Обоснованы необходимые меры, призванные обеспечить развитие данного процесса в российских регионах. Установлены слабые места современной российской практики инфильтрации вузов в бизнес-среду и основные ограничения развитию этого процесса.

Abstract

The article reveals the role of infiltration of universities in the business environment of the region in achieving the strategic goal of innovative renewal of the economy. The selection of effective forms and tools through which the effective integration of universities and businesses in foreign practice is carried out. The necessary measures to ensure its development in the Russian regions are substantiated. The weak points of the modern Russian practice of infiltration of universities into the business environment and the main limitations to the development of this process identified effective forms and tools that distinguish foreign experience in the integration of universities and businesses; justified measures to ensure its development in the regions of Russia.
