ОСОБЕННОСТИ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ И МОДЕРНИЗАЦИИ РОССИЙСКОЙ ПОЛИТИЧЕСКОЙ СИСТЕМЫ

Аннотация

В статье раскрывается сущность политической системы, проанализированы теоретические направления и подходы к пониманию феномена политической системы. Их анализ показал, что в теориях политических систем, наработанных в основном западной наукой, присутствуют многовариативность понимания и толкования ее сущности, генезиса и тенденций развития, разные теоретические и мировоззренческие подходы. При этом необходимо отметить преобладание институционального рассмотрения сущности и структуры политических систем. Отмечается, что отечественная наука также отдает предпочтение институциональному и системному подходам к изучению политических систем современности. В статье определяются и анализируются российские особенности трансформации и модернизации политической системы.

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the political system, analyzes theoretical directions and approaches to understanding the phenomenon of the political system. Their analysis showed that in the theories of political systems, developed mainly by Western science, there is a multivariability of understanding and interpretation of its essence, genesis and development trends, various theoretical and worldview approaches. At the same time, it is necessary to note the predominance of institutional consideration of the essence and structure of political systems. It is noted that domestic science also prefers institutional and systemic approaches to the study of political systems of our time. The article identifies and analyzes the Russian features of the transformation and modernization of the political system.
