Abstract

Nowadays development of sport is a factor of international policy, so the choice of the correct state policy in the field of sport became an urgent problem. In this article the author examines the formation of the legal framework that should determine course and directions of sport activities in the Russian Federation. The article also covers and reflects the problems of development of sport in the country.
