Аннотация

В статье исследованы тенденции развития унитарных предприятий в РФ, выявлены ключевые проблемы в их функционировании, определены направления преобразования. Показано, что организационно-правовая форма казенного предприятия обладает определенными преимуществами перед унитарными предприятиями на праве хозяйственного ведения. Рассмотрен механизм управления казенными предприятиями.

Abstract

The article examines trends in the development of unitary enterprises in Russia. It is shown that the organizational and legal form of state enterprise has certain advantages over unitary enterprises on the right of business. The article shows the directions of the transformation of the unitary enterprises and the key problems in their functioning are identified. It reveals the mechanism of management of state-owned enterprises.
